Important Warranty Notice
All parts that are purchased, repaired, exchanged, and/or warranty exchanged has a 60 day warranty unless otherwise stated. Please note that warranty exchanges will only cover previously repaired problems or outright exchanges/purchases. Parts installed incorrectly or installed on defective equipment will not be warranted.
All parts must be installed within 5 days of delivery date to validate warranty. Parts can be damaged during shipping, or other problems have been undetected during testing. Early installation will benefit against down time due to faulty spare parts.
You are responsible for all shipping charges to and from our location excluding warranty repairs.
Items on the scoring repair list may be available for pre-ship but you must contact us for availability. If the item is not available for pre-ship then you will need to ship us the defective part and the average turn around time is 24 hours plus the shipping travel time.
